IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE TRANSPORT OF COMMERCIAL VANS AND EXPORT VEHICLES TO ORAN AND GHAZAOUET

As announced by the Algerian Ministry of Transport, from June 15 to September 15, 2026, the boarding of the following vehicles will not be permitted:

DESTINATION ORAN

• Export vehicles less than 3 years old.
• Vans and vehicles with more than 7 seats intended for the transport of goods.

DESTINATION GHAZAOUET

• Vans and vehicles with more than 7 seats intended for the transport of goods.

Please note that vans and van-type vehicles with windows, as well as vehicles suitable for transporting passengers but without passenger seats, are prohibited in both directions.

It is also forbidden to load goods and luggage on the roof of vans and passenger cars when transported for commercial purposes.

Roof boxes containing personal belongings for private or tourist travel are allowed.

To ensure a smooth travel experience and secure your boarding, we kindly recommend our customers to arrive at the port only with a valid ticket issued for the same day of travel.

Need to change your travel date?

No problem! You can make changes up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability, by contacting our call center. After this deadline, changes unfortunately cannot be processed.

Travelling from Tangier Med?

If your journey originates from Tangier Med, from April 1st, in order to access the port and board with a vehicle, it will be mandatory to carry a valid ticket issued for the exact date of travel.
