These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "the Conditions") shall apply between NAVIERA ARMAS S.A. and COMPAÑÍA TRASMEDITERRÁNEA S.A. and any person making a sale or purchase through the website (hereinafter "the User"), collectively referred to as "the parties".

The parties agree that their relationship shall be governed exclusively by these Terms and Conditions, which are accessible on the following website (hereinafter, "the Website"). These Terms and Conditions must, in any case, be previously accepted by Users.

Purchasing a ticket implies the unconditional acceptance by the Passenger, for all legal purposes, of these General Terms and Conditions.Users, prior to contracting and in any case during the purchase process, may access, file and print these Conditions for consultation.

If the Client or User does not accept these General Terms and Conditions of Contract, they must refrain from accessing and/or using the services and/or purchasing the products offered by ARMAS TRASMEDITERRÁNEA.

All Users accessing the Website must be over 16 years of age with sufficient legal capacity to enter into contracts.

In the event that ARMAS TRASMEDITERRÁNEA modifies these Terms and Conditions, the conditions to be applied to each User will always be those accepted at the time of purchase.


The information provided in the Conditions has been drafted in Spanish, in the same way that the communication to Users and the formalisation of the contract will be carried out in the same language.

  • "Passenger” shall be any person carried on the basis of a ticket issued by the carrier and/or by agencies duly authorised to do so.
  • "Carrier and/or Company" means ARMAS TRASMEDITERRÁNEA. The term carrier refers to the contractual and actual carrier.The vessel used for the transport may be part of the fleet of ARMAS TRASMEDITERRÁNEA or of another actual carrier.
  • "Subject matter of the contract" means the provision of transport in accordance with Article 396 et seq. of the Navigation Code.The carrier undertakes to carry the passenger and/or their vehicle in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions, which the passenger has read and accepted when purchasing and/or booking the ticket.
  • "Maritime transport service" means the journey specified in the travel document, including: accommodation on board (seat) and vehicle, when appropriate.Any ancillary services provided by ARMAS TRASMEDITERRÁNEA are not included in this contract.

"Disabled passengers or passengers with reduced mobility” shall be any passenger whose mobility when using any means of transport may be reduced due to physical ability, mental or psychological impairment or any other cause of disability or impairment (permanent or temporary), whose situation requires specialised attention and adaptation of passenger services on the ship.


The prices shown on the Website are in euros, unless there is a typographical error, and include VAT on each of them on the date of the booking request or ticket purchase.

Purchases made by residents of countries outside the European Union or Ceuta and Melilla will be exempt from VAT.

Unless expressly stated, the price of the ticket does not include the provision of other ancillary services such as cafeteria, cabin, menus, meals, drinks, on- board Wi-Fi, cancellation insurance, etc., which will be at the passenger's expense.Pre-paid meal packages at special prices can be purchased at the time of booking the ticket, at the ticket counters in our ports and/or at the ship's reception desk.


Users will be able to place orders using the services provided on the website, this process is carried out in the following way:

You are not require to register to place an order through the Website; you can still make the purchase as a guest.

If you leave the website, the selected trips and/or services and products will be deleted if the purchase process has not been completed.

Once registered, you will receive an account creation confirmation email at the email address you provided.In the "My Account" area, you can complete and modify your personal details, manage your trips and delete your account at any time.However, it is not necessary to register and have a Customer account in order to make purchases on the Website.In this case, you will only be asked for the data required to process your purchase.


Once you have decided on the modality, as a registered user or as a guest, to proceed with the reservation and purchase of trips and/or products or services, you must select the trips through the website, according to the indications that appear on the screen, such as: origin, destination, number of passengers (adults, babies, children, pets, large family discount beneficiary or resident in the Canary Islands), vehicle, date of departure/return, extra baggage, etc.

Persons with reduced mobility can state their status when booking their ticket on the website, and can also purchase tickets through the Contact Centre on 91 010 9882 / 91 010 9889 or at the ticket counter in the maritime station at the port of embarkation.For further information here.

After selecting all the information required and necessary to complete the purchase process, click on the option "Search ferry" and select the outward and/or return journey that meets your needs.

In the next "tab" you can contract additional services such as: cabin, menus, on-bard Wi-Fi, cancellation insurance, extra baggage, etc.

Next, after clicking on the "Continue with the booking" button, the "Contact Details" form appears, which the User must fill in, as well as read and expressly accept the General Terms and Conditions of Contract and the Terms of Privacy.After this, it is important to check that the trips selected and the data entered are correct.If you detect any error or need to modify your details, you should contact Customer Services through the channels provided, for which you can consult section 7.CUSTOMER SERVICE of these Conditions.

Finally, in this step, the total price will be displayed in addition to the choice of payment method.

The validation of the order by the User expressly implies that they are aware of and accept these general terms and conditions as part of the conclusion of the contract.


Purchases will be paid by bank card through TPV Virtual, ArmasStyle or through the AmazonPay platform.The amount of the purchases will be debited from the Customer's account when the Customer completes the payment process through the platforms.

In the case of payment by card, the card issuer will request, via a new window, identification before authorising payment.This window is not the responsibility of ARMAS TRASMEDITERRÁNEA but of the issuer of the bank card.You will be asked for the following credit card details: name and surname of the cardholder, number, expiry date and validation code.

Once the purchase has been made, and after validation and authorisation by the Customer, a summary of the purchase will be displayed on the screen and an automatic confirmation email will be sent to the address stated by the Customer when making the purchase, detailing all the information associated with said purchase, including the characteristics of the goods or services, the identity and details of the employer, the payment procedure and applicable taxes in force.The email confirmation of the purchase will be sent within 24 hours.

If you are a registered User, you can access the "My trips" section to see the status of your purchase and a list of the trips you have made.


Delivery of the reservation is made immediately.The customer receives a payment confirmation with all the necessary information for their journey, which must be printed or kept in digital format in order to be presented at the boarding services on the day of travel, as stated above.

ARMAS TRASMEDITERRÁNEA's failure to exercise any right arising from these General Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of such right, unless ARMAS TRASMEDITERRÁNEA expressly waives such right in writing or the statute of limitations applies in each case.
