ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS
All our ships are certified according to the different International Environmental Management Regulations.
We have been ISO 14001 certified for more than 10 years, and from January 2022 we have been certified with the Carbon Footprint, Offsetting, and CO2 Absorption Projects Registry of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge.
Annually, internationally certified companies supervise and certify the work of Naviera Armas Trasmediterránea according to different standards, via the external audit of our vessels, branches and offices.
Care for our surroundings is our main Environmental Goal, which is why we identify our environmental impactsin order to track, control and reduce.
At Naviera Armas Trasmediterránea we firmly believe in the importance of raising environmental awareness in society of these issues, starting with the young. For this reason we carry out campaigns to raise awareness both on land and at sea, in order to reach the greatest possible number of people. The conservation of environment is the responsibility of us all, so future generations can enjoy it.
